"Easy to check in. Room was nice. large TV. one thing i could not get the BBC Red button to work just to check the news. but not major Problem, I found BBC 6 Music on the TV which was good. "Really enjoyed our stay. The ambiance of the bar and the restaurant were fantastic. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff were attentive and friendly. The room was clean and cozy, warmed up well considering it was 0° outside! Spacious rooms, very comfy bed and the shower was amazing. Would most definitely recommend. Would suggest the NCP bellgrave plaza parking was literally a 3 minute walk away and paid £11.95 for 25hrs stay. "

"The reception staff were great. Room was huge with 2 king size beds. Some of the furniture didn’t match, black table on one side of the room & wood everywhere else? The floor tiles in the bathroom were uneven with some grout missing and the bathroom door was sticking on the floor. We loved the idea that if you stayed 2 nights or more and did not request your room to be made up you received a £5 voucher to spend at the bar, brilliant idea. Bar area had some nice areas but quite dim in others....
