"Booked this hotel as they are dog friendly and close to the town of Llandudno. Check in was easy and ALEX at reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. As I was in the third floor, he did offer to carry my bags, as there is no lift here. Room was comfortable (single. Room) although the bathroom was cramped. "Room was clean, staff were friendly, food was decent. My supply of coffee was topped up with extra sachets when the staff saw that I'd bought my own jar of coffee after I ran out. The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and cosy. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre, which makes it cheaper than more central places - but if you can't stand a five-minute walk, what are you doing in Betws-y-Coed? :)"
