"This place is a little older and could use some updates, but overall I think they are doing very will with what they have. Everything seems clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's just 1 block off the main drag with all of the very high priced hotels and Clearwater beach. Infact some of the local beach access parking is just to the side and behind this hotel. It is definitely worth the price and I would stay again if I am ever in the area."

"Our stay at Barefoot Bay was an exceptional one and provided a genuine beach feel! The property is very clean and well kept. Stacey, the owner, is superb and welcoming, and the location on the water with the marina across the street, and the pier and beach just a short walk away is ideal. We truly enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying here again when we visit Clearwater Beach."
