"The area the hotel is in is great...can walk to the beach and into town very easily. A lot is still under construction from when the hurricane hit...but there was still plenty to do within walking distance. I was very disappointed that the pool was closed the week I was there yet I was still charged the full resort fee. Street noise was a bit much at times...but that's unavoidable if you're on the beach side of the hotel."

"My family and I were there for a Sand Volleyball tournament, so not your typical type of stay. The tournament was being held on the beach directly behind the hotel so it was the perfect place to stay for this reason alone. One small issue, I had reserved a two queen bed room and I knew that we were going to be arriving late our first night so I called the hotel around 3p to ensure they knew we would be arriving at around 1030p.
