"Check in was amazing I have to say. Luggage left before check in were moved to the room when we checked in; a service we had not experienced for long time. Breakfast was so so, not much surprise; however, the pancake machine was fun but was slow, coffee was difficult with water and drip bag. One of the best was the happy hour drink and snacks. Special mention: staffs were friendly and made me fell amazing. Location was great and close to the busiest station in Kobe."
