"Great location for skiing."

"We loved our stay at the Hakuba Marriott! It had a great gym, the in room onsen was perfect after a day on the slopes and the staff were so friendly. It was walkable to the main drag and provides a shuttle to the ski resorts right out front. It was nice to come back and enjoy a drink at the bar after dinner. We cannot wait to stay here again!"

"We went on a trip to see the snow for the first time The chalet was very spacious and have plenty of room it can accommodate 6 or 8 people with ease There was nothing around but the hotel car take us wherever we want It is very intimate"

"The hosts are great and goos people. The breakfast is good. It is very close to the slopes for skiing. The walls are very thin and neighbors can be very loud. The rooms are very small and the space could be utilized a lot better, it can get very cramped especially with luggage. There is a good child friendly common space, and a place to store ski equipment. "

"Property was beautifully situationed and lovely atmosphere. The staff and managers were outstanding, they couldn't help enough to make our time perfect. The main disappointing aspect was the rooms, they were really run down and out of date, they were tired, not very clean and for the money not good value. We were very unahappy with the rooms. "

"My stay at Pension Meteor was amazing! The staff were so friendly and spoke fluent English. They went out of their way to help me plan activities on my trip and understand the area. The beds were comfortable and the ambience was cozy. They even have an adorable and calm dog on the property who greeted me whenever I returned to the Pension! "the owner is very nice and welcoming. our room was on the first floor and the shower was 2 floor under our floor and I found it not so convenient. the toilet on our floor was smelly. "

"This facility is suitable for relaxing all the time with big outside bathtub and quiet room. We could stay in safe and really enjoy all of the time. Especially when we were in the 2nd floor in our room to take a outside bath, we were amazed by the beautiful sight of the stars. Although the temperature was so low, I guess it’s below zero, we were so excited to staring at the stars thanks to the hot spring. "It was a dirty horrible dump with stained blankets no shuttle bus broken dryer and 5 broken vending machines.Would highly recommend to stay away. Checked in for 10 days only given 1 towel per guest for that time"

"My partner and I had a nice stay at Powder Temple. Affordable accomodation that is walkable to popular areas of Hakuba and also has bus stations to town and ski resorts out the front. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with check in/out, tips and tricks about the area and just up for a chat. The accommodation is currently still in maintenance in some areas of the building but still a great place to stay to experience all the Hakuba has to offer. Thanks for a wonderful stay Powder Temple! "Stayed here for 4 nights and it was the perfect spot for skiing. Just opposite the beginner slope chair lift and only a short walk from the ski school. The staff were excellent and very welcoming, especially the man at reception. We really appreciated the buffet dinner after long days of skiing. Would definitely recommend booking a stay here. Rooms are very cosy and beds are comfy."
