"The property is very expensive for the area. The service was lovely except for the last day when we needed to leave the hotel and get to the bus station to leave Hakuba. The front desk staff was unable to find a taxi to pick us up and the hotel shuttle could not be sent to the bus station for an 8 am instead of 9 am run. "15-min walk to the main terminal for buses to ski slopes. Accommodation was a bit dated. Comfortable but nothing special. The toilet smelled bad no matter how many times we cleaned it. There was sufficient space for 3 large adults; would have been tight for 4 and too cramped for 5. Friendly staff who were more than happy to transfer us to/from the station and willing to help and provide information. Overall average accommodation."
