"Stayed here for 4 nights and it was the perfect spot for skiing. Just opposite the beginner slope chair lift and only a short walk from the ski school. The staff were excellent and very welcoming, especially the man at reception. We really appreciated the buffet dinner after long days of skiing. Would definitely recommend booking a stay here. Rooms are very cosy and beds are comfy."

"We loved our stay at the Hakuba Marriott! It had a great gym, the in room onsen was perfect after a day on the slopes and the staff were so friendly. It was walkable to the main drag and provides a shuttle to the ski resorts right out front. It was nice to come back and enjoy a drink at the bar after dinner. We cannot wait to stay here again!"

"Cozy, well maintained hotel 5 mins walk from Happo terminal. Very clean, with onsen which is great after a day of skiing! Guests who stayed there were all very respectful and more family oriented. Fantastic breakfast, and a wonderful team of staff that made us feel right at home. They even gave us a gift box at the end of the stay, so lovely!! Highly recommend!!"

"One of the less expensive places to stay that I could find. Good value for the price. Helpful, friendly staff - they sorted my ticket for the gondola / lift pass at Tsugaike Kogen, and shuttle bus. "Nice position but still a decent walk ( in ski boots ) to the slopes. I would call the accommodation above basic but definitely not luxury. Very clean and manager very helpful. Breakfast was spartan compared to other ski accommodations I've been at but after getting used to this we realised it was adequate."

"The hotel is about 80 style old but rooms are big.Rooms are not made up daily. The staff is excellent very helpful , shuttles to the major ski hills. They shuttled us to our bus on our last day. If you are fine with a clean 3 star this could be your hotel."
