"Lovely large room with a view of Stratford, comfy bed and pilllows and walkable distance to shops and places to visit. Only thing missing was a coffee machine! Breakfast was ok but could have been hotter. Staff were all very polite and helpfull. Would stay again but not in a club lounge room. The food there was the same every night and not to many people's taste. "

"I had pre ordered a romantic package and it was very nice waiting in the room Except for the fact it was ice cold only to find No working Heating!!! Not Good when I spoke to reception I was told it would be taken care off Only to find a mobile electric heater put in our room not good!!!Still freezing cold!! Not a romantic experience we wanted!"

"Perfectly placed to explore Stratford on foot (even if slightly mobility impaired) Great swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast plentiful with hot food to order. No issue with parking, plenty of spaces even though it was busy. Family room spacious and our 12 yr old slept on the sofa bed which she thought was comfy. Great two night stay"

"Lovely comfortable beds surprisingly spacious rooms. Staff are all pleasant and helpful. The facilities are wonderful clean and easy to use. Only one downside there is no lift to facilitate anyone with disabilities to the different levels. Absolutely perfect for our needs though and will be going back. "
