"I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central. "

"Cute place, comfortable beds, but for some people they might not like some of the shabbyness of just lots of use. Hot water was great, beds were comfortable, location was great too. We initially were put on the 4th floor, in which the stairs were a bit to small and narrow for my liking. The staff was kind enough to move us to the 2nd floor. If you need to wash clothes you have to do it between 8-8. Even in the winter the rooms were warm."

"Great space for a family of four. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great, especially the towels. They didn't have the fridge outlet turned on so our food the first day went bad. And the two chairs in the living room were the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in. But both those are a little nit-picky. 4.5 stars out of 5 and I would stay again."

"I traveled from the US with my wife, daughter (13 yrs old) and my nephew (16 yrs old). We were visiting friends near Richmond, London, England. We were also traveling around England with a rental car. Most hotels around England do not come with parking so this is a big plus. They have an underground parking where you use a PIN to enter and exit. There is not much to do around the neighborhood but since we have a car it was not an issue. "Very good room for one bit too small for more than one. Lower ground rooms have no view and don’t get any sunlight. Very nice location close to shops, underground and parks!"

"Stayed here since we had an early flight to Munich. Be careful when booking because changes can’t be made even if a bigger room is needed. I ended up paying for 3 rooms when only two were needed. Lesson learned for sure. "

Lay over stay.

"We needed a place to rest for 4 to 5 hours prior to our 5pm flight. We were able to check in at 10am and were evn able to have breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast vuffet was excellent. Service was Excellent and the beds were extremely comfortable. "

"Location very good, needs upgrading, the full English breakfast was greasy, tinned and poor quality. The toast, coffee, tea and juice were ok. Had scrambled eggs, on the second day and they were very nice. The bedrooms and bathroom were very small and had to fill the bath with the shower head. The Reception staff we’re not very helpful apart from the Australian / Kiwi lady who was amazing, and very helpful and could give us all the information we needed!"
