"Back to the Carlton City. Still a lovely hotel, perfectly located in Chinatown, very helpful staff and extra large room. Only one thing i recommend to get rid of the floor carpet in room and put wood as a bit smelly. "

"Our hotel reservations got messed up. Called their number 11 times and they only answered twice. The perso. Screwed up the reservations worse and double booked us. Their custo.er service is horrible. Once there, location was great. The Concierge was extremely helpful. Housekeeping was bad. When we got there, no hand towels and had to use bath towels for everything. They cleaned the next day. No hand towels. Had to request. The next day i set the light for cleaning at 11 am. 6 hours later, they...

"Lovely small hotel with excellent staff. Don’t bother with a balcony room - outlook is a car park and there is a bright lantern light on the balcony which prevented having a dark bedroom was a bit of a downer"

"very happy with my stay at the hotel. the location is great, near the MRT and lots of dining options. the staff are friendly and helpful and accommodative. the hotel has a swimming pool and gym which i greatly appreciate. the room is comfortable and spacious and clean. my only complaint is that the "do not disturb" and "make up my room" buttons were a bit confusing to use, and one on the buttons wasnt functional."
