"The hotel is located in a great area. MRT station, hawker centers, and a nice mix of bars and restaurants are nearby. Service was friendly and helpful. The room is on the smaller side and the air conditioner was slow to respond/cool the room down, however overall good value for the price. Wifi is free, however the connection was inconsistent. "

"One of the worst check in experience I had encountered. Unhelpful & poor attitude front office staff. Also, very misleading check in information. Itā€™s said 24hrs by self service kiosks which do not issue room so there are no difference from indicating honest check in timing.
