"The rooms are nice, quick check-in, great location. Only issue is how difficult it was to locate the hotel's entrance (inside the garage!?). Walked atound the entire exterior of the building."

"For our second stay in San Francisco we did not hesitate in choosing this hotel again. Well situated near the Chinatown Gate it is friendly, well appointed and extremely clean. The room was not large, but we didn't spend a lot of time there with all our sightseeing. The rooftop garden area was a great area to watch the sunset with a pre-dinner drink. The hotel does breakfast only, but there are plenty of options for other meals in the area."

"This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The room is spacious with a decent bathroom. It also comes with a fridge, safe and we were excited to see a welcome bottle of wine. The beds are comfy, the staff friendly and cookies at all times on reception is a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff so friendly and knowledgeable. It really is in the perfect location,a walk away from union which has all the shops and accessibility to wooden rail cars. The hotel was clean ..quiet beds extra comfortable. If i come back to San Fran I would only stay here . so really enjoyed my home away from home for the weekend and absolutely would recommend this hotel . 5 star !!"
