"We enjoyed our time here. It’s close to golden gate park which is AMAZING and HUGE. It’s right across from the ocean but there’s a berm so you can’t see water h till you walk up the berm. No complaints at all, but in the morning we noticed one of the guests in panic. Their Kia was stolen from across the street. Could happen anywhere and especially in a big city. "Their was no AC and a heater that they couldnt turn off that made the room soo hot you barely stand to be in there and when we were trying to figure out how to shut off the heater a swarm of cockroaches came out of the floor and went up the walls. I had never seen something like that! For being on the 4th floor we also felt that it was a hazard that one of our windows could open up completely and had no screen or anything and was just soo close to the bed it felt like someone could fall out.
