"We had a warm welcome at Watermead House. Having booked very late, our room was on the top floor. It was extremely comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities, a large screen television and a spacious shower. We found it lovely and quiet. We appreciated the advice on local restaurants which were a short walk away. Breakfast was exceptional, ordered the evening before from a wide selection so no delay and very tasty. "

"The room was slightly dated, but very clean. On arrival the room was cold, but there was an option to contact the owners to have the heating boosted if required. We were visiting friends nearby so didn't need to do so, and the room was lovely and warm on our return once the scheduled heating had started.
