"We traveled with our 10 year old son, and a couple friends of us. We stayed at a Suite, and our friends did too. We were picked up at the airport right after coming out of our flight by the hotel person, and he went with us to get the luggage, and then to the van that transported us to the hotel. We've never experienced this, because usually the person from the hotel is waiting for us outside, after we pick up the luggage. That's how we got started with this hotel: "Impecable Professionalism"....

"Area is near the embassies so it’s extremely safe with lots of things around that cater to foreigners. Maid service and staff are quite helpful, maid even folded my clothes which was a nice touch. Starbucks in the hotel is convenient although it opens at 930am. Only thing I don’t like is the room is a little dated with carpet instead of laminate. At least they have plugs everywhere and the plugs accommodate American plugs. "

"I’ve enjoyed staying at this hotel, but it’s not as nice as it used to be. The staff are friendly but some seem not well trained. The hotel is nice, but is it worth the money? Feels like the hotel is not as well managed as it used to be. The spa upstairs is very run down and the steam sauna has been broken for months, with no indication of when it will be fixed. "The only thing I didn’t like was the pool attendant. He was a bit bossy and overbearing about the rules of the pool. He made for a tense experience. Otherwise it’s a great hotel. Very modern. They could also suspend with all the security guards around. Men in black suits. Makes you feel like you are being stalked. The restaurant was very good. "
