"Very comfortable hotel and great value for money location for an overnight stopover which saves going the longer distance into the centre of more expensive Singapore. The shuttle is great and very helpful, friendly driver on both journeys. It’s the best value hotel we’ve found nearest the airport in a nice location in Changi Village. Easy link using hotel shuttle bus from T1 if you need to go to T4 - just follow walking signs to T4 bus as you disembark at T1. "

"I never checked in the hotel because I traveled from Malaysia and was not allowed to enter the Cory, but either Orbitz (Expedia) or the hotel was willing to help me with the cancellation. The hotel stated that I booked through the agent and should contact the agent to contact them, then when I contact the agent, the agent stated that it’s up to the hotel to issue a refund or not, they don’t talk to each other, they just keep telling me (customer) to talk to the other party.
