"The Stamford is a very nice hotel in a great location. The views in any direction are superb. The property has benefited from a total refurbishment fairly recently which has enhanced the quality of the rooms. The location is ideal for the MRT too. However the hotel lacks any personal touch or feel which is an issue that could be addressed by the management."

Check-in was relatively quick, though the agent did not mention or provide me with access to the lounge/Den until I inquired about it. I was the only guest in the lounge, which offered complimentary food and drinks. The guest room was modern and comfortable, featuring a well-designed work desk."

"Everything was phenomenal from food to service to hospitality. They even held our luggages while we went on the cruise for 5 nights. Our flight arrived at 7 am and check in was not suppose to be until later afternoon. They offered keys at 10 am which was so nice with little exhausted kids "
