"The hotel is a little shabby but what sets it apart from other flashier hotels is the staff service in the Executive Club Lounge. Having cold non alcoholic beverages available during the day was always welcome after coming in from the heat. In the evening alcohol - wines and spirits are served between 6 to 8 pm. Different warm dishes eg prawn cutlets, chicken skewers, curry puffs together with cheese and biscuits, savoury nibbles and cakes were also supplied. What the hotel lacks in ambience however is completely overshadowed by the amazing friendly staff in the Executive Club. Agnes, Ray, Ivy, Ralph, Mei, and Desmond were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are clean, internet was fast and the view across the bay magnificent. The pool area lacked charm and the water was freezing. A spa would have been a welcome addition. Would I stay here again? Most definitely. "

"Had the pleasure of staying at the Fullerton and we went away planning when we could return, our experience was that good. The very attentive staff were always willing to help and always friendly. The property itself is spotlessly clean and is well maintained, I would recommend this place to anyone."

Everyone in the hotel was so friendly, polite, attentive and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Great location - near Marina Sands Bay and Promenade station of MRT so really convenient. After a day exploring Singapore, so great to come back to the peace and quiet of the Club Lounge and its welcoming staff. Stay there and you won't regret it!"

"So close to the Metro line so getting from the airport is easy. Conveniently walking distance to many of the main sights & hop-on-hop-off bus stop. The breakfast is excellent. Reception & housekeeping staff are friendly & approachable. So glad we booked Athens4. Will book again if we find ourselves in Athens again."
