"Liked the free water dispenser which had hot water as well; the coffee shop that opens at 5am has very tasty and reasonably priced burrito which is definitely than anything you'd find in the airport; the shuttle going to the airport was also straightforward and easy, I didn't encounter what some other reviews have described that it comes full (but maybe because of the early morning time.) The proximity to the airport was a huge plus as we walked to the hotel from the airport, as we didn't want to bother with finding out where the shuttle is. But I think it would also be quite possible if you know how the shuttle looks like. "

"Super convenient location - walkable to Hollywood Boulevard, right near Dolby Theater and Chinese Theater, and next to a shopping mall too. Quick uber to Universal Studios. "My stay was amazing. Loved the moxy and will definitely be back. However, the valet service were very rude and using derogatory language towards my cab driver when he was waiting for me. When my cab reached the hotel and contacted me to come outside, they were rushing him and calling him names when there was literally one car behind my cab, on top of the fact that my cab moved up and out the way to not block the hotel’s entrance. The wait for me wasn’t long and once I came out i essentially had to relax the valet service gentleman who were doing extra unnecessary activities for no reason. This happened around 6 pm Friday. "
