We personally feel that the beachfront at this particular hotel is better maintained than any of the others in its vicinity, especially during seaweed season. "I people that work there are always happy, very helpful and super courteous. Keyla at the jewelry store was very nice and easy to talk to. The prices are reasonable at the jewelry shop too. The food at all the restaurants and the buffets were very very good. I recommend putting the closed shoe requirement for men on your web site. I was at a beach resort! Who brings shoes to the beach? If I new up front from the beginning I would have worn sneakers."

"Staff were attentive. As I walked in with my suitcases. The bellman waited patiently as a walked slowly with mother to room. He suggested places to eat in the same place. I had the VIP offer. I took advantage of it. We had a simple meal. The waiter was pleasant and attentive. Room was very comfortable."
