"We arrive a bit early, 1415 hours to be exact. When we went into the front desk area we were told that we were a bit early for check in. I didn’t mind that as I knew. "I stay away for work regularly, and this was by far the friendliest check-in I've ever had. The room was well-equipped, and I would stay here again. There isn't a car park, but I was able to park outside the hotel with no problem, and there were plenty of spaces available. "

"I will start by saying it isn't perfect. The hotel is somewhat dated and could do with a makeover. Thats about as far as i can criticise and yet its not a big deal for me. The hotel is located just off of Llandudno's front so its a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and comfortable enough for me at least. "We booked this hotel in Llandudno as it was reasonably priced, dog friendly and good reviews. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Our breakfast was tasty offering a good selection. Our room was comfortable with an extra large bed which we had the best sleep. For the price you can not fault this hotel. "

Pleasant stay lovely staff

"Had a lovely 1 night stay at this historic hotel. The interiors are dated but that is part of the charm. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we had an upgrade on our room because hotels.com had overbooked and the staff were very good about it. The room and bed were comfortable, but the kettle was a bit rubbish and not convenient to use (it was connected to the plug which was behind the television) The breakfast was pretty average, not the best but you had enough options. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you need somewhere in the area. "

"The property was not only located in the most convenient location imaginable (I was working in the castle, which is literally just across the road!), but the hotel is very nice in itself. The room I was in was small, but not in a bad way. I had space for everything I needed, the phone signal and WiFi were strong, the bed was comfortable, there were even complimentary biscuits! Although I was only able to experience the breakfast briefly, the choice was varied, and of high-quality. I would definitely stay here again in future!"
