"Everdine staff are not all on the same page as to how things work. There was some small issue with our breakfast vouchers one day (not a big deal), the next we were told that we could not get coffee and juice and that it was one or the other and another day we were told there was added charges for requesting cheese in the scrambled eggs. 3 different staff. Also, don’t hold your breath for refills. They won’t exactly offer except for the water. Over all the Everdine service was lukewarm at best. The rest of the hotel staff was warm and welcoming!"

"I'm a New Yorker and I have always noticed the sign above the hotel.....the sign is intriguing and typical Manhattan. Right across from Lincoln Center, thus I had a direct view of a special evening for the summer festivals. The hotel has some of their old character yet it is up to date."

"The location is great! The room was spacious and clean. Everything was functioning correctly, with the exception of keeping the water temperature regulated in the shower. Also, the elevators are slow! Otherwise, it's a great place ... and we would stay there again."

"The hotel is in a fantastic area to walk everywhere or take the subway. Staff were awesome as well. The rooms need updated hence 4 stars on property section. No issues or concerns while there. We appreciate that the staff out front let us know NOT to use the pedal cart people! Ty for that valuable info. "

"Excellent staff, they even let me check in early. I would definitely return. Location is a 5 minute walk to the train station which is perfect for me. Times square is probably about 20 minutes walking. "

"This hotel is in the middle of the tiny area called Koreatown. It happens that my wife is has a strong interest in Korean food, culture, etc. We hadn't known this when we made the reservations, so that was just an added pleasure. The hotel is also located in the middle of touristy New York. Not ideal for me (an ex-New Yorker), but probably great for others. "
