"We stayed in the apartment one bedroom. There were 4 of us and we all enjoyed all the space. You have the bedroom with 2 beds and the living room with sofa couch, kitchenette, dinning room table. Windows all around which I loved, to see the city. Extra blankets and towels provided. Also a tv in the bedroom and another one in the living room. No complaints at all! "We absolutely loved Placmakr! The area was fantastic so close to the Hudson and ferry’s and Brooklyn bridge. Subway close by. Walked all around the financial district which is lovely. Our room was enormous!! Definitely a cool spot to stay"

"First room had dirty sheets but actually loved the room otherwise. Updated bathroom, wood floors, spacious for NYC. Was given another room which faced 1st so nosier which wasn't a problem for me. Enjoyed people watching a bit. The bathroom in this room needed updating. Fridge was not on and food rotted. When I turned fridge on, I realized that the reason the hotel didn't turn it on was because it was excessively and annoyingly loud. I wish the first room was clean because I preferred the updated...
