"This a hotel that provides good value, excellent location. My only observation is that the WIFI is poor and very weak in the cottage we got. also ATT mobile reception was poor. This could be a deal breaker. Also they need to renew the soap/shampoo dispensers, they don't work properly (it should be easy to fix). Reason for the 3 starts in the property conditions. This feedback was provided to the manager directly. "

"Loved our stay at Carmel River Inn. The staff was so kind and accommodating. They were very considerate of our dogs and have lots of small touches for dog owners. The room was comfortable and quite spacious. We were in the older cottage, no not one of the newly remodeled King ones, but it was still pleasant and we really enjoyed the stay. "
