"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Guerrato. It was located very close to the Rialto Mercato stop for the water bus service which made transportation easy. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated being able to have a room with three beds for our older children. This hotel puts you into the heart of Venice - right beside the market and the Rialto bridge. We were able to walk to St Mark’s Square as well as to a water taxi to go to Murano Island. Such fun! Do be warned that there are lots of stairs to climb with luggage. The lobby is on the first floor up and then rooms above that. "
"Good location and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The room was pleasant with everything we needed and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom was clean and exactly al what we expected."
"The hotel was beautiful and located in a great area to access many of the city's iconic attractions. They were always happy to answer any questions we had and assist in making our visit as pleasant as possible. In addition, the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of food options. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. "
"We had an great stay at Splendid Venice! It was right in the heart of the city near the plaza and wonderful restaurants. The concierge recommended places to eat- restaurants, gelato etc. and was especially helpful. Only slide note is that breakfast is a bit on the pricey side so consider purchasing it with your room at the start or going nearby for affordability. "
