"We arrived late at night to Venezia and made it to the hotel thanks to the overnight fd agent and the bellman (Loris) who were amazing. Loris is a superstar! Our room was the worst, noisy, small, with view to the bushes next to the gondola rental, far from the category in our reservation. We spoke w the fd in the am and after a bit of back and forth with one of the ladies, we decided to pay to be upgraded to a suite. "This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Second floor overlooking the canal with 2 balconies, it was spectacular. Getting there was some h fun & the trip to the airport was fantastic. Wonderful restaurants everywhere "
