"It’s all good esp the location. Poolside is great. Gym is good. Mini-mart within hotel compound. Walking distance to old town. Starr friendly & helpful. Did not take breakfast However, the first room has a strong formaldehyde smell(from carpentry work) that makes me feel unwell. Got a room change after 1 night. Everything else is ok."

"Affordable luxury. Great value, and incredible staff. Especially Kathy and Queen. A 10 min ride from Ancient Town, but a Grab cost me only 40,000 VND. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved the balcony overlooking the river, lovely pool, and thoughtful appointments in the room. "

" Was lovely, clean and comfortable stay. Location good in a more quiet area with a 15minute walk into the old town. The pool was nice to chill by felt so private. Only thing would be nice to have hooks/drying rack on balcony for towels & swimsuits."

"It's a beautiful place and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. It is on a very busy road, and unfortunately our room faced the noisy street. So it was not quiet at all. It's a bit of a walk to old town, but not too far. The there are many restaurants nearby to cĥoose from. "

"We loved our stay at Riverside Impression. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating and took time welcoming us to the area and mapping out the sights. It is in a safe, quiet area away from the chaos of the night markets and the pool is a lovely way to unwind at the end of the night. We will be back!"

"We spent 10 days in HoiAn and stayed here the entire time. Great, quiet location a short 5 minute walk to the markets of old town. Comfy bed. Beautiful large pool, cool air conditioning and a beautiful breakfast made to order. Tien, Ha, An and Bao are amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay an enjoyable one. Lots of local restaurants and cafes. Great place with great people. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Linh was a beautiful host very attentive and has very good English nothing was any trouble and couldn't recommend this place enough, we will be coming back to stay, excellent food for breakfast, has drinks available any time in the day and a great swimming pool, we had a room with great views of the river. They also booked us a Hoi An memories show cheaper than we could, this is a show you cannot miss when in Hoi An. The only downfall is 2 nights was not enough definitely need 3 or 4 minimum to...

"This hotel was a refuge from the bustle of central Hoi An. A lovely swimming pool and riverside access as promised made it really special. It is possible to walk to town or Moon the host can call a water taxi. Coming back at night in a lantern covered boat was a special treat"

"The staff were good. Exceptional service in the restaurant area. Enjoy the buffet breakfast very much. They have different local hot food every day. The manager in the restaurant area speaks fluent Japanese. "

"The staff was AMAZING. I unfortunately arrived with a flu and a fever of nearly 40. Did not have a bandwidth (or internet speed) to download Grab app or exchange currency. Just wanted to get to the room and lay down. The taxi driver ensured me that she had change in USD. Which turned out not to be the case once we got to the hotel. The hotel doorman bailed us out by paying our taxi fee with his own cash! Which we swiftly repaid once we got to the room, downloaded the Grab app, and researched the best places to exchange currency. Breakfast was delicious. Other than me coming down with the flu during the flight, we had a great stay."
