"Parking is off site, so be prepared to lug your suitcases for a bit of a walk. The hotel, however, is amazingly nice. The rooms are slightly above average, but the building itself is a 14th century masterpiece. Breakfast is decent. The little lounge cafe is great to have for an afternoon tea or evening cocktail. The annual medieval festival was underway during our stay. I woke up to parishioners singing at 6am mass. It was a very memorable experience "

"Listen, I am not a hater. I never leave negative reviews. It’s just that this place SUCKS. The furniture was awful when it was new, in the 70’s. The mattress sits on pallets. If Hotels.com has ANY minimum standard of quality for properties, this should certainly be below them. The apartment had a dishwasher and a washer which was comfortable. We parked at Obispo Galarzo parking garage and it was a short walk that even with suitcases was fine.
