"Luca the manager and all front desk staff were excellent, really helpful and welcoming. The late night bar staff were difficult to find and perhaps need more training. My husband asked for a glass of Gavi (white wine which we had had in the restaurant) the member of staff didn’t know what it was and pointed to the spirits and the champagne questioningly. "Great location! About a 5-10 minute walk to everything in Cambridge. The biggest pain is how bad the traffic is getting to the hotel and really only having the option for valet parking. But it was a wonderful stay. The staff was top notch as were all the facilities. Another guest had room service and left their tray in the hall for what seemed like a very long time. But other wise it was great!"

"The service was amazing, the complimentary room upgrade and drink was a lovely surprise for our anniversary and we are very grateful! We would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back. Only one negative was we found a sealed new packet of cigarettes in the bed side table and there was a beer bottle on the balcony with cigarette buts in but other than that everything was clean and tidy."

"Service was great a the hotel is newly decorated and clean. Didn’t use the spa but looks good. Minor gripes were that the reception staff were not always there and the extra key ‘card machine’ was not especially simple. The TV had unusual channels and I would have liked more comfortable chairs in the bedroom. Otherwise, a good value hotel with a great shower."
