"The electric wall heater had stopped working, my room therefore was very cold on arrival. After asking reception about it I was given a small plug in panel heater which gave off a little heat, unfortunately with bei g in the end loft room it did not warm up sufficiently"

"Great location in an attractive building. Staff very friendly and bar was very good. Bed very comfortable. But the room we stayed in was tired and needs refurbishing. Carpet was stained, furniture chipped, watermarks on ceiling and a stained toilet bowl. Nothing to make a stay uncomfortable but for the price, the room (small suite) was disappointing. Also no wardrobe space for long clothing items (taken up by shelves for kettles , safe etc). Finally very few plug points which is strange these...
