"We had an amazing stay here, upon arrival we noted that there was plenty of available parking spaces and we received a lovely welcome from the staff. Over the weekend, we often enjoyed a few drinks in the pub as well as a lovely dinner there. We were made to feel very comfortable, welcomed and relaxed at all times. The food was very good (especially the freshly cooked breakfast made to order). Many thanks for a perfect stay!"

"We arrived later than we had planned but received a warm welcome from the hosts. We had the family room which is a good size, well decorated, warm and comfortable. The accomodation was spotless. We didnt eat there but will need to be in Cambridge in aroun 6 months time, so hoping we can stay again. Great value for money. Highly recommended. "

"The owner was so helpful and went above and beyond to get us to our event nearby. We had a very comfortable night; the rooms were clean with the usual facilities (tea and coffee) that you’d expect with bottled water and fresh milk provided in the fridge. "Arriving at 3.30 we had to fight our way to the bar of this Irish club to check in (it happened to be St. Patrick's Day !) The barmaid did come and show us our room however, a triple with 3 single beds. It was very cold and the radiator stayed stone cold until at least 7 p.m. and was cold in the morning when we were getting up. The room was very basic and there was no waste paper bin. "Great location in an attractive building. Staff very friendly and bar was very good. Bed very comfortable. But the room we stayed in was tired and needs refurbishing. Carpet was stained, furniture chipped, watermarks on ceiling and a stained toilet bowl. Nothing to make a stay uncomfortable but for the price, the room (small suite) was disappointing.
