"Booked because we were attending a convention at their adjoining convention center. We were quite pleased with our experience. Very clean, classy, and great customer sercice. Every employee we encountered was awesome. Plenty of parking and many dining options nearby as well as two restaurants on site. "We wanted a place close to Universal Studios that was budget friendly. The parking lot is small but they offer additional parking behind the building. Beds were comfortable, they had the best pillows I’ve ever had at a hotel, water was hot and it was clean. The women at the front desk were extremely sweet, which topped it all off. I will definitely stay again. "

"Stayed for the first time at this great property. The staff was TERRIFIC...They all welcomed us and were just super easy to live with...Cleaning staff and front door staff both were superb. This hotel is very conveniently located. The room was excellent. Clean and new bathroom. Great size king bed. Excellent new, soft pillows, very upgraded. TV had Netflix right on it so was able to log in. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. 10/10"
