Though I was put on hold when calling the front desk for an early check-in, the concierge apologized profusely, and answered my questions without me feeling rushed. The room was spacious, clean. And the area where the hotel is located was convenient for our stay because we had flown in for a concert and all our go-to sites were mostly a 15 minute drive away. "From check-in to check-out, my stay was great. All the staff I talked with were helpful and kind. The room was very clean and spacious. I was on the first floor, near the pool, and it was very comfortable. I didn't hear any noise from the floor above me. You could hear the cars from the freeway, but not enough to disturb anything. The grounds are nice and secure with good lighting and cameras. I felt very safe there. I enjoyed my time at this hotel."

"The Godfrey Hotel was clean and friendly. It was a bit longer than I thought from Hollywood’s main area, but still a walkable distance. We are a young family and we seemed to be the only family there. The staff were kind and patient with us, but we certainly felt that we were not their normal type of guest. This was due to no fault of there’s, just the feel of the hotel and other guests staying there. "
