"Everything was as good as I expected. The problems I had, was the renovation was suppose to be done and it wasn't, so some things were inconvenient. Plus the front drsk people did tell me breakfast or check out times, i had to call, which isn't a huge deal but I always get told that. Also the $15 parking charge said it was covered on my Bill, but they charged me anyway. Which i will be disputing with Hotels. Everything else was good though. Nice size room, decent breakfast for what you pay for...

"This is the perfect place for budget conscious people. I chose it because of reviews saying it was clean, safe and staff was friendly and that was all, so true. Our room was in perfect condition, the staff were all so customer service oriented that I almost got disoriented. "We wanted a place close to Universal Studios that was budget friendly. The parking lot is small but they offer additional parking behind the building. Beds were comfortable, they had the best pillows I’ve ever had at a hotel, water was hot and it was clean. The women at the front desk were extremely sweet, which topped it all off. I will definitely stay again. "

"Amazing service, we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff was so sweet and accommodating. The shuttle service was amazing!! They dropped us off to universal and picked us up and even dropped us around the city. Truly loved staying here!"

"Great shuttle services to Universal studios. A lot of great local restaurants and bars for fun night outs. Pool is heated. No jacuzzi. Service was good. It would have been nice to get room cleaned once though. We did not request so not deal breaker. Worst is parking, it is small and if someone does not pull all the way up in parking space and some one is parked on the second lane parking, very difficult to get out. Basically blocking the exit. "

"I chose this property due to the closeness to Universal Studios I like the Bungalow effect the rooms could be a little bit nicer but I would recommend staying at this property just be prepared that you're in Los Angeles and sometimes the surrounding area can be intimidating however the staff was very nice and helpful"
