Great hotel, excellent location.
Lovely stay. This is the second time we have stayed here and both have been fabulous. It’s in such a good spot near to Brighton centre, easily walkable and a very reasonable price. The staff laid on a funny rose petal design on the bed when we arrived (requested by me to make my partner laugh) and it was brilliant. Thanks so much.

Great place to stay right on top of Brighton centre. Great breakfast. 2 things to highlight, WiFi reception in Geisha room is awful. Also could use shelves in the wardrobe as nowhere to put shirts etc.

Cosy and nice hotel
The room was spacious and had sea view. Comfortable bed. There was a good choice of restaurants and shops nearby. The lobby was cosy where you could take coffee, tea and snacks. This hotel had two exceptionally nice receptionists, Daniela and Lily. You really felt welcome. I got a feeling like I was a VIP. Of course the rest of the staff was nice also.

Absolutely superb! Beautiful room and with a personal hot tub! Very warm and friendly greeting and will definitely be booking again. Bed was super comfy and room had a full size fridge with coffee machine and kettle. Cannot recommend highly enough.
