The front desk receptionists are kind and they do a pretty good job at customer service. The golf clubs and balls were out, but no one was on the course, so maybe they could provide more or get a better way to keep track of those. "

"The hotel is located in historical center of La Paz, 2 minutes walking from Basilica San Francisco, and easy to join any tours around La Paz. Staff are really kind to provide any help. The rooms facing the road are not suitable for people having difficulties to fall asleep, as it’s in La Paz, the traffic is busy through night and there is poor noise isolation. Breakfast is very basic."
