"This property is great. The only issue is there is no audio privacy between rooms. Each bedroom has open wall slats that are decorative and there are blackout curtains to draw across but the entire unit is open to noise from all rooms except the bathroom."

"Great place to stay! This is a nice property in a fantastic central location. We stayed in the 3 bedroom unit which was comfortable for 5 people. Only downside was that the 3bd didn’t really have a living room and the furniture was very cheap and uncomfortable. Beds were fine, air conditioning worked well, elevator and laundry on site. "

"The loft is simply incredible! The space is vast and modern, boasting a minimalist design but includes everything you might need. The location is perfect, situated close to the old town and surrounded by some fantastic restaurants. I highly recommend it!"

"Our second time staying at this property, we were hear 3 years ago. If you want lots of space, decent price and excellent location, this is it. This is far more than a hotel room, and for the size you would be paying thousands around the corner at the Chateau. Only complaint on this trip was the shower head had no pressure. the below tub faucet did, so assuming hard water or something clogging the shower head. This was not a problem on the previous trip and didn't ruin the overall experience but...

"Property was clean and very unique. Scandinavian feel. Couple times during the day there were people sheltering in the doorway as the soup kitchen is across the street, but this did not impact us."

"Super place! Great location. As pictured! A few stairs getting up from the street to the elevator and parking is not convienent but I imagine it’s the same for everything in the area, especially at Christmas time. Previous review mentions the shower being a challenge but we did not find this to be a problem. The bathroom door gets stuck and requires a lot of effort to open but that seems like it could be a simple fix. Would be nice to stock the kitchen with a start roll or paper towels and/or...

"Loved the place. First floor was nice. Several dining options nearby as well as grocery and liquor store. A bit of a walk to Old Town but not unreasonable. Nicely stocked kitchen, Ikea like furnishings, clean and quiet. Some homeless around but not any more than other big cities and never felt unsafe. Definitely recommend."

"They to cover the window fully the streetlight is too bright and for someone who likes to sleep in complete darkness it’s hard to sleep. Or the bedroom has to have blinds that closes fully. "

"Great location as it's close to Old Quebec and easy to get to. The accommodations were comfortable and communications with the hosts was speedy. Having on site parking was a plus, just note that the space is tight, I had a honda civic but my passenger still had to get out of the car before I could park so that I would have room to get out. "

"The hotel is beautiful and historic, but the room itself had a lot of issues. Our chrome cast never worked, one of the bedside lamps was broken, and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. For that type of hotel and the price, you would expect better. The staff was friendly about it but most of it was never fixed."
