The smell of cigarettes in the hallway was overwhelming, there was no cheese or yogurt in the breakfast and you had to beg them to give you one! If you wanted a fried egg, you had to pay 10 dollars! It can be said that breakfast was only coffee and fruit juice with a little cornflakes!

The place needs more parking key card only worked on specific doors so you have to walk around. The beds were very uncomfortable, overall clean location and close to everything.

We selected the hotel for its price and convenience, despite being a bit outdated. The free parking was a bonus, breakfast was fair, and its proximity to downtown was a major advantage, with easy driving.

The furniture inside the rooms was old & not in very good condition. The room was quiet & the location convenient, staff friendly, breakfast better than expected, but there were a lot of smokers around the premises, dining in the immediate area is limited. Price was reasonable for the services provided, but this is at best a 2-star facility

This is a budget motel so we did not expect much. There is ice machine in the aisle, and a microwave for everyone to use (there is no microwave in our hotel room). The lady in front desk is very friendly (she's from Ivory Coast); she even gave us extra towels and soap upon request. Parking is a first come first serve basis, so you may end up parking far from your assigned room. Location is about 12 minutes from Le Chateau Frontenac, very convenient. We will use this motel again if we revisit QC due to low cost.

We left our bags for the day in a dirty room, with not much help from an unwilling receptionist. You would think they had never had cruise ship passengers before. (Disembark by 9 a.m. check in at hotel 4 p.m., you've got to be able to do this.) Once we had checked in we were pleasantly surprised to find the room was clean and spacious and well equipped. Continental breakfast was OK, but you had to go down a very dirty staircase. All in all it was good value for money, not far from downtown and in easy walking distance to local amenities.
