"The hotel was in need of some updates. There was an odd smell in our room that I could never figure out. It smelled like a chemical smell. While the hotel was not filthy, they were definitely lax in taking care of the floors. There was discarded pieces of paper and food wrappers in parts of the hotel (stairwell, corner, next to front desk) that were not cleaned up the entire time we were there.
