Really enjoyed the competency And friendliness of the staff from the front desk to housekeeping, they were all very friendly and helpful. A couple of helpful hints I believe that the showers should be equipped with bars inside to hold onto for your older customers as it can be very slippery inside the shower, particularly with the soft water and how the soap is hard to rinse off as a result. A second recommendation would be to extend the courtesy breakfast by an hour from 7 to 9 to 7 to 10. It may be a little more expensive, but it gives you a little bit of an edge over your competition and customers appreciate it.

Daytime front desk person incompetent and unhelpful. Reservation for two rooms was held under my credit card, but at check in my friend gave her credit card to person at desk to pay for her room. At checkout my card was billed for the two rooms, so the check in request was disregarded. Excuse at check out was my card was in the system. This is unacceptable.

The front desk employees are pleasant and helpful. The breakfast attendant/cook is kind to all of the guests and keeps the area clean. She makes sure that everybody has what they need and want. The facilities were clean and in a good location, we even found a wonderful restaurant within walking distance.

Inside was super clean! The night auditor disappeared to take a nap inside a vacant room and someone pulled the fire alarm. 3 fire engines showed up and they never found the front desk person. That was at 1 a.m. on our second night. The daytime staff was great though.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was great and the breakfast was good. My only issue was no water pressure in the room. Outside, there were many, many homeless begging for money. Drug deals going on in broad daylight 😞

Nice place however staff, management not adequate. Several instances of the elevator not working and allowing kids to run up and down stairs and fire exists was annoying. Parents should have controlled the kids but in lieu of that management needed to step in
