Check in took ages. Even when we got seen it took so long! The hotel is looking a little tired, I know they have signs up saying they are doing improvements. The room was comfortable , just a few tired areas in room and in the restaurant areas. The staff in the restaurant are very good and so helpful and polite. Easy access to lots of dining options and walkable to the exhibition centre.

The hotel room is spacious. And nice bathrooms. Some good dining options and nice for a night away. The hotel spa was a bit of a letdown as it was not really big enough to accommodate hotel guests and spa days. The hotel booking included spa access but you have to pay for robes and slippers which usually are complimentary items. These are charged at £15 per person which is not noted in hotel booking.
