"Free on site parking. Good location as only 10 minute drive to Benidorm Palace. Very clean & presentable. Friendly staff with hassle free check in/out. Nice pool with relaxing adjacent outdoor area. Nice spacious appointed room with complimentary coffee/water.. Outside balcony with table & chairs. A very pleasant night stop with a good selection buffet breakfast. "This is a lovely place once you find it - it’s a bit off the beaten track. Nice gardens and setting but nobody there. The housekeeper met us as we arrived at midday but she didn’t know which room we were supposed to be in so sent us away and said check in was at 2. Our room was big enough with nice bathroom and separate terrace which opened onto the garden and pool area. Another couple arrived about 8.30 the following night and nobody was there to meet them.
