"Have stayed in this hotel several times and am never disappointed. The hotel is in an excellent location and is always very clean. I also appreciate how close it is for walking into the town. I would like to mention that the staff were once again very friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. I plan to go back to Oban soon and I know this will be the hotel I use again next time."

"Hotel has been refurbished in parts. Our room was small but the bed was so comfortable. Small things need to still be addressed- toilet seat not fixed firmly, flickering light in bathroom not fixed.
