The weather was initially very hot and the hotel does not have air conditioning. An electric fan was provded and the windows opened, so it was possible to get relief. A source of ice for water and drinks would also help.These spurts of warmer weatherwill need some clever thinking and planningto maintain comfort for guests.

A beautiful and calming room to rest in after exploring Bath. And it’s about 10 minutes walk to the city center and also right across the road from the train station so couldn’t be more convenient. Friendly staff as well.

We were very delighted and surprised with the size, comfort, furnishings and decorations of of our room. King bed was a nice break from the Queen in London. Bath. Staff ver friendly and helpful. Right across the street from the train station, and easy block walk from the bus depot. All kinds of nearby restaurants, shopping and sights like the Roman baths and river. We had a very nice breakfast in restaurant on the ground floor of the Royal. Had supper in the comfy little pub there too. No complaints, just right for our short stay to see Bath.

Amazing Location. Right across from train station. No taxi needed. Great front desk, very helpful. Tim was especially kind and sweet. Nice clean room, with nice shower, hair dryer and amenities. Tea and snacks appreciated.
