"Stayed here for a couple nights. The room was a bit rough around the edges, but nothing too bad. It was a good size room, plenty of space. It's in a quiet area that isn't a long walk into the city centre. It has free parking and a kettle in the room which I always appreciate. Alexandra park is nearby and worth a visit for the views. Overall we had no issues with this hotel 🙂"

"Really beautiful grounds surrounding the hotel, with lots of quirky features. It’s really convenient to get to from Bath city centre and a stunning escape from the hustle and bustle of London. Some of the room facilities do need updating though, basic things like the wardrobes have so many layers of paint on them that they do not close, one window wouldn’t open, the controls for the shower have been installed incorrectly (the hot/cold knob was actually the on/off switch and vice versa) and there...

We had room upgrade and this room had everything, as well as a shower there was a bath in the bedroom very quirky. We need to return and next time make it for longer."

"The hotel itself is located away from the main town centre. A good 5mins uber ride or a direct bus can get you back with no traffic. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was really busy with food, plates and cutlery constantly running out. But we were warned about it during checking in. The hotel room was good value, but would prefer a more supportive bed and the floor needs a good hoover! "
