"It was an overnight stay as we were traveling home. So did not take advantage of gym, pool and restaurant. So cannot give a total review. However, we found the room was adequate but the bathroom could do with an upgrade. "

"Very friendly and helpful service. Great communications. Free on site parking included with stay. Clean and comfortable bed, although bedding (pillow, duvet) old and a bit smelly. Nice ensuite room. Grubby carpets and door mirror. "

"This might be one of my best stays yet. The location was stunning, the decor was gorgeous, the staff were friendly and attentive, and there was so much to do. The staff even brought a surprise birthday treat to our room. Our stay really felt like luxury. We can't wait to come back."

"Friendly polite and helpful staff made our stay special. The hotel is a pleasant 25 minute walk to the city centre. The small spa allowed for relaxing after walking around Bath for the day. Sunday Lunch was a lovely start to our two night break."

"Excellent value and I think many coming from overseas might be surprised what a big hearty breakfast you can get included in the price at hotels in the UK, Holiday Inns in particular. Fine rooms, but poor shower pressure. In a roady location at least an 8min walk to the pretty parts of Bath. More suited to driving-centric people and business guests."
