"The staff are one of the greatest features of this hotel. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The room was large and the bathroom was very modern. The rooftop bar is incredible with unparalleled views of the cathedral. There are a few areas in the room where the paint could use a touch-up but otherwise everything was in perfect condition. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit."

"When they 3 pm check in they mean it. Usually we can get in earlier but not this time. Not a big deal, they have secured lockers for luggage. Only complaint, and this is not in their control, the alley outside our room seemed to be a preferred route for late night revelers and loud pedestrians. "
