The hotel is elegant, has a new vibe to it, the staff is very nice and very professional. The only thing I found lacking, is the bar. There was no life to it, empty and closes too early. I would imagine they will work on this in the future as it only opened in September this year.

“City view” room has a huge pillar blocking half the window. Room hallway light flashing whole night. Bath tub clogged. Then music noise from above floor can be heard clearly in the room. Not the best staying experience.

The cleaning staff was exceptional. I was on the 14th floor and I frequently had my do not disturb on since I stayed 9 days and didn’t need the room cleaned every day however the ladies were always so nice to offer me water and towels and restock my minibar. I appreciated their kindness everyday!!!! They made me feel very welcome and cared about. They did a great job!!!

The property was nice. The area was strange. Right downtown. Had a horrible experience with the Assistant Manager Kyle Kim. We had ordered a taxi that took us to the wrong place at least 20km from where we had told the girl at the hotel we wanted to go. He never apologized for the mixed up. The clerk had told the taxi the wrong location. He basically said it was our fault. That the clerk did nothing wrong. I was asking for a refund of $10 from our bill of over $1300. He made us feel like we were lying about where we asked to be taken. The wrong place we were taken was unsafe. The taxi driver yelled at us.. demanded more money. We paid two fares. Never an apology. Poor customer service. The money wasn’t even an issue. Yelled at by taxidriver. Then insulted and accused of lying by Kyle Kim over $10. When we spent over $1300.

Loved our stay here! The best of the three hotels we stayed in South Korea. So convenient, staff was amazing, clean and the breakfast had a lot of options. 5”the bus, airport bus and subway are just outside and connect to major lines. Two street markets in walking distance. While the newly introduced furnishings garnered some praise, the overall experience fell short of the expected standards. Service, a vital aspect of any hotel stay, failed to leave a positive mark. The absence of service staff and concierge in the lobby, coupled with the unwelcoming demeanor of receptionist Diane Shee, painted a dismal picture. The noise pollution from a busy street infiltrating the low-floor room, combined with lackluster air conditioning, marred the tranquility one seeks in a hotel stay. Moreover, the lack of attention to detail in housekeeping, evident in crumpled bedsheets and an overall lack of cleanliness, added to the disappointment. The breakfast chaos during the hotel peak season, coupled with an outdated bathtub shower with a ‘body-sticking’ shower curtain, further detracted from the overall guest experience.

Loved our stay here. We had a mountain view suite with lounge access. The breakfast and lounge options were plentiful and well worth it. Joey in the lounge/ breakfast area and Kai from concierge were very helpful. Concierge helped book an hanwoo beef restaurant and explain the airport bus. The area around the hotel is awesome and an easy uber to other popular tourist spots. We enjoyed the swimming pool with our toddler. Highly recommend this hotel!
