"This hotel was really great. We were however disappointed that the hot tub and pool were closed for Reno’s and parking was limited for trucks so we had to park at the high school … it was better than nothing but not the most convenient. "

"my only comment is regarding the front end staff. on several previous stays there was some flexibility offered at the time of check in with respect to room choice based on our loyalty to this site. on this visit upon checkin the person that helped was very rigid in what he could or couldn't offer in terms of room upgrades despite the hotel not being very busy. This led us to consider other hotels in the future as this an annual trip we take for my wife's birthday."

"The hotel was in a great spot where it wasn’t too busy but you could still easily walk to all the shopping around Banff. Nice and quiet too. The parking was not great in my opinion. There is a parkade for a fee but with the park fee too, we opted out. Unfortunately the room we got, the one bed was very uncomfortable. There was a queen flat sheet that was on the bottom and not a full mattress protector so the mattress was hanging out. Which is kind of gross to me. We just asked for kings sheets...

"We had an excellent stay and were very nicely surprised with a room upgrade and gift for our anniversary. The staff were amazing and it made our stay in Banff that much more excellent! The hotel is in the best location to be close to downtown, and is very clean and quiet. Also has great lobby bar and restaurant. Will always try to stay here when travelling to Banff. Thank you to the staff for the great surprises!"

"Upon arriving we already knew wed be coming back! The hot tub is extremely well kept, the rooms are cozy yet clean, and there is firewood provided for the fireplaces. A short drive to downtown banff, it is in a convenient location. A perfect winter stay! "

"We come to Banff yearly and decided to try a new hotel. We enjoyed the room and the bed was very comfy. We had paid for an upgrade and there was no table to eat at so that was disappointing. We also weren’t impressed by the $20/night parking… other hotels we have stayed in have included this. As we were treating our stay as a retreat and planned to stay in our room most of the time. we found the room service menu to be limited and the breakfast quite over priced… it was a nice clean hotel just...
