It is newly renovated, has comfortable beds and the rooms are outfitted with a mini fridge, microwave and kettle and Rocky Mountain Soap Company toiletries (which I love!). The decor is bright and fun. The coffee situation could be better as you have to pick it up or request it from the Canoe Hotel and make it with hot water and a filter. "Room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. Furnishings are a bit outdated but the price was reasonable so it was expected. The pool and hot tub are nice and there were always towels available. Hotel is easily walkable to downtown and the complimentary bus pass is great for colder days. Heated parking was easily accessible and we always found a spot. I appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
